1.5 hour meeting including advice about foods to avoid and where they hide.
Good health guidelines tailored just for you to follow that include exercise, sleep, self care, etc.
Discussion to focus on foods you can eat for nutritious meals and snacks to support you on your health journey.
Discussion around meal planning and the benefit of having options on hand when you are hungry or in a hurry.
A Collection of personalized recipes and access to an online meal planning platform for easy weekly menu planning which completes a grocery list to shop by.
Ongoing access through the Client Portal part of my website to access my Recipe Bank with tips and suggestions for substitutions, and other words of wisdom as well as a list of recommended cookbooks, apps and magazines.
One face to face follow-up meeting at about 2 weeks in to check-in and talk about how everything is going and address any changes that may be required as well as ongoing support through your healing period.
