Then making a plan of approach to do a challenge
Next we look at the signs and signals your body will be sending to say yes or no and a chart to help you keep track
Ongoing support for up to 8 weeks as required
At the end of the 8 week period you will receive one final recipe booklet including all the foods that you are no longer sensitive to, with a link to be able to build your own Menu Plan to use ongoing.
You will also retain access to my Client Portal which contains regularly updated recipes, substitutes and recommended reading and your online menu planning tools.
