Customized Meal Planning Services

​$100 per week after an Initial Meeting has been purchased for $75*

Are you or your caregiver struggling with menu planning for a senior to make sure they have a delicious and nutritious diet to keep them healthy? Do you need help with getting it all done?
Or are you someone who needs some help making sure you or your family is eating a good balanced diet?  I am here to help.

This service does the meal planning for you, from finding and customizing recipes to address your individual needs, to providing a list of the groceries required.

After the Initial Meeting to gather all necessary information, you will be provided with 7 days worth of meals and snacks custom tailored to your likes and dislikes, taking into account your food sensitivities and/or specialized dietary requirements. You will also have access to a unique meal planning platform to make other meal plans with those recipes.

• Meal plan for 7 full days with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Customized recipes for you or your caregiver to follow, tailored to your individual needs as well as your likes and dislikes
• Complete grocery list for what is required, so you can just check the pantry and go shopping ​

Of Note:
If meal planning is required for someone with food sensitivities or a specialized diet, and the Jumpstart program has not been previously purchased, there may be an additional charge depending on complexity.
