Initial meeting

​​This meeting is required before most services are purchased, whether you are dealing with food sensitivities, a disease or condition that requires some food to be eliminated or seeking customized meal planning for a family or senior to eat better.
​In this meeting I will gather all the information needed to put your plan together. 

Includes:

• 1 to 1.5 hour consultation.
• Gathering information about what your symptoms are, your diagnosis and what has been recommended by your healthcare provider to move forward to optimal health.
• Discussion around what your goals are for your health
• Talking about what you like to eat, how you grocery shop, where you grocery shop, how you cook or if you have someone who cooks for you.
• Discussing your eating habits. Do you eat alone, eat with other members of your family, are you rushed and need meals on the run, or are you able to plan ahead, do you make a weekly meal plan and do you currently keep track of what you eat.
• And much more

I encourage you to bring with you a friend or family member to sit in on the meeting. This person could be a spouse, a friend, an adult child or someone who cooks for you to help you with this process.
