Discussing your eating habits. Do you eat alone, eat with other members of your family, are you rushed and need meals on the run, or are you able to plan ahead, do you make a weekly meal plan and do you currently keep track of what you eat.
Quick tips to get you started before your next meeting.
I encourage you to bring with you a friend or family member to sit in on the meeting. This person could be a spouse, a friend, an adult child or someone who cooks for you to help you with this process.
