In this Zoom workshop you will learn how to purchase, store and use various spices, their health benefits, and why you need to use spice in your culinary endeavours. As well, you will learn how to make a Curry Spice mix of your own, so you can enjoy it's amazing health benefits. You will also receive a comprehensive chart on what spices to use with a variety of foods and other spices.
I admit, I never liked curry spice, until I had the opportunity to make my own special blend. You too, can take the opportunity to make your very own Custom Curry Spice mix right along with me during the workshop. An oven is required to make the curry spice mix during the workshop or you can make it later on your own.
