Do you have food sensitivity test results? Is this the first time you have been faced with eliminating foods to work toward good health? Do you need guidance to integrate the recommended changes into your lifestyle? Or do you have a condition that would benefit from eliminating certain foods from your diet such as an Fibromyalgia, or other autoimmune condition? Have you had challenges eliminating recommended foods from your diet previously? Are you looking to get off on the right path and start your journey as quickly as possible and focus on the foods you CAN eat instead of what you can't?
Then the Jumpstart to Success program is right for you. Includes:
1.5 hour meeting including advice about foods to avoid and how to spot them.
Discussion to focus on foods you can safely eat for nutritious meals and snacks.
Tips for avoiding cross contamination and how to deal with those situations.
Wallet cards with a list of foods that you need to avoid and/or list for grocery shopping, a soft copy emailed to you for future use.
Discussion around meal planning and the benefit of having options on hand when you are hungry or in a hurry.
A Collection of personalized recipes and access to an online meal planning platform for easy weekly menu planning which completes a grocery list to shop by.
Ongoing access through the Client Portal to my Recipe Bank with tips and suggestions for substitutions, and other words of wisdom as well as a list of recommended cookbooks, apps and magazines.
One face to face follow-up meeting at about 2 weeks in to check-in and talk about how everything is going and address any changes that may be required as well as ongoing support through your healing period.
I encourage you to bring with you a friend or family member to sit in on the meeting. This person could be a spouse, a friend, an adult child or someone who cooks for you.
Please note: 1. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $100 if you have diseases or conditions with specific diets that would improve symptoms, so they need to be overlaid with your food sensitivities to create a plan that is uniquely your's to move toward better health.
2. Changes to the original plan, requests for additional work, such as new information to be incorporated into your existing plan like a new diagnosis, will be assessed separately according to what is required and the amount of time needed to incorporate that information into your plan. Please ask for a quote.
