Discussion to focus on foods you can safely eat for nutritious meals and snacks.
Tips for avoiding cross contamination and how to deal with those situations.
8 wallet cards with a list of foods that you need to avoid and/or list for grocery shopping, including a soft copy emailed to you for future use.
Journal to keep track of what you have eaten and how you feel.
Help making a meal plan for the following week, that you can easily shop from and follow. Soft copy template to print more blank forms as you need them also included.
List of suggested cookbooks, apps and magazines.
Ongoing access to my recipe bank with tips and suggestions for substitutions.
30 minute follow-up meeting to check-in and talk about how everything is going.
Follow-up via email for two-weeks after meeting, should you have any questions.
