1.5 hour meeting including advice about foods to avoid and how to spot them.
Discussion to focus on foods you can safely eat for nutritious meals and snacks.
Tips for avoiding cross contamination and how to deal with those situations.
Wallet cards with a list of foods that you need to avoid and/or list for grocery shopping, including a soft copy emailed to you for future use.
Journal to keep track of what you have eaten and how you feel.
Discussion around meal planning and the benefit of having options on hand when you are hungry or in a hurry.
Help making a meal plan for the following week, with foods you would like to eat, that you can easily shop from and follow.
Ongoing access through the Client Portal to my Recipe Bank with tips and suggestions for substitutions, and other words of wisdom as well as a list of recommended cookbooks, apps and magazines.
One face to face follow-up meeting to check-in and talk about how everything is going and address any changes that may be required.
Follow-up access via email for two-weeks after meeting, should you have any questions. Any additional specialized work requested will be assessed as necessary.
I encourage you to bring with you a friend or family member to sit in on the meeting. This person could be a spouse, a friend, an adult child or someone who cooks for you.
