Gluten Free Baking can be Challenging
In this workshop we will discuss some of the ins and outs of baking gluten free and some of my favourite gluten free flours as well as what goes into making your own custom gluten free blend.
We will also talk about the science that is behind what is needed to make your gluten free baking light, lovely and tasty, and how to store your baked goods to keep them delicious.
Of course we will also discuss some of the health benefits of the ingredients and why you will want to include them.
Then we will bake some gluten free, vegan muffins for you to enjoy.
As a bonus for attending this workshop you will receive a chart of gluten free flours and where they are best suited for use.
