1. Gluten Free Sourdough - The 2 session workshop starts at the beginning of making your starter right through to baking an amazing gluten free and vegan sourdough loaf. 
2. Old Fashioned Jam - Making Jam the old fashioned way without pectin. Know the science is all you need to know.
3. Traditional Pickling - What our ancestors knew that we have forgotten. Fermented pickles are full of probiotics and so good to you.
4. Make an Immune Building Stock - Get ready for winter by making this immune boosting broth you can use everywhere. 
5. Let Them Eat Cake -  Gluten Free baking can be so tricky, but this Gluten Free/Vegan Birthday Cake is my tried and true recipe.
6. Christmas Cookie Exchange- Gluten Free/Dairy Free/ Vegan Tarts and Cookies for Christmas. There will be a sharing of recipes after the workshop. 
7. Making Vegan Cheese - This is a fun and tasty project. It is quite easy and delicious.
