The Out In the World package is aimed to help you learn and navigate eating away from you home. Eating in restaurants, eating at the homes of friends and family, as well as how to safely travel. This package is highly recommended for everyone once you have mastered eating on the home front, and are ready to venture out.

Alerting servers and kitchen staff to help you feel comfortable.
Keep notes on what, where and food consumed for future reference.
Discussions around handling food sensitivities out in the world, at restaurants, while travelling, or just eating at the homes of friends and family, as well as work situations.

Dining out guide to help you through the process on your own.
Email check-ins for the two-weeks following our lunch should you have additional questions or concerns.
I encourage you to bring a friend or family member to sit in on the meeting. This person could be a spouse, a friend, an adult child. They could also accompany us when we go out for lunch, if you wish.
You will be responsible for the purchase of your own lunch as well as anyone who accompanies you.
